Congratulations to all of you. I asked Mike some questions about it.
Mike, what kind of award is that?
The Goodacre Systems in the City (SitC) Awards are the leading endorsement for suppliers of services and systems to the regulated financial services sector. They are based on the only independent and factual annual accreditation process in the UK. Our solution have been recognised for ‘Best Online Development’ which is a prestigious honour and one for the team to be extremely proud of considering the very strong competition.
What makes the JM Finn Secure Client Portal so successful?
It’s a combination: The strong vision JM Finn have to improve their customer experience and the innovative technical solutions supplied by Crealogix. We were able to ensure JM Finn’s requirements were transformed from a concept into a secure, reliable and user friendly client portal. Key features to highlight include:
- secure messaging,
- document library with notification engine,
- client summary dashboard featuring personalisation and integrated market data content, relationship and investment management team details, with quick links to contacts and
- the addition of biometric security for clients via new iOS and Android apps.
All these features combine to offer the end user a much improved user experience; which in turn means JM Finn are able to enhance their already high standards of service.
What did the customer say?
Jon Cosson, Head of IT for JM Finn said “We are thrilled that Crealogix have been recognised as suppliers of the ‘Best Online Development’ for the new JM Finn & Co Client Portal. They have transformed our ideas to improve the experience of our customers into a reality. Clients have been particularly impressed by the introduction of biometric security and the summary dashboard feature.”
Is there a special feature the judging panel particularly liked?
The panel of industry experts stated they were particularly impressed by the site’s combination of high security – biometrics and secure messaging – with ease of use and clean effective presentation.
